How do I make sure I order the right size? 

We get it. Ordering dress clothing can be confusing and everybody hates getting a brand-new shiny package in the mail only to discover nothing fits and it all must be exchanged. So, to help,  Truwear has created a whole page dedicated to getting the right fit and explaining how to measure for perfect comfort. Shipping policy

Truwear uses USPS to deliver packages and if the order is made before 2PM MST, it will be sent out the same day. Most packages are received within 2-5 business days. 

Returns

Truwear offers free returns and free exchanges within the United States for items that are purchased within 30 days and in unworn, resalable condition with hangtags still attached. For more information, please visit our Return Policy Page. 

What do I do if I never received my order?

Oh no! Please, if you haven’t received your package within the 2-5 business day window contact us at support@truwear.com. We track the packages with USPS and will hopefully be able to tell you where your package is. We also send an email with all the tracking information so you can follow your package from our store to delivery. 

What do I do if I received a defected order?

First of all, we apologize for the defective item! Nobody likes waiting and waiting for their product only to discover it has an issue. Please, if you find a defect, contact us at support@truwear.com and we will do everything we can to make it right. We will be happy to replace the item and get you the Truwear you deserve. 

How do I make changes to an order I already placed?

If a mistake was made during ordering, or if you discover you need a different size or mailing address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@truwear.com. We can help you fix the error and make sure you get the products you need, where you want them, and when you want them.

Truwear is located at 772 1200 W, Orem, UT 84057. We are open Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM.
